Theatre Y is pleased to announce funtY 6 !
An extension of its 15-day summer workshop program, funtY 6 is a six month program for children that will take them through the following areas related to theatre:- Basics of acting – body language and expression
- Voice training – modulation, intonation and expression
- Creative writing
funtY 6 will culminate in a public production funtYpuri - a Chatpata Churmur for Children. The performance dates will be worked
around the academic schedules of the children.
A new feature of funtY 6 will be the introduction of four sessions for the parents of the children attending the class to help the parents to use theatre related exercises when planning activities with their children after the programme is over.
